Within the estate there are alternating vineyards, olive groves and wheat fields, protected by woods and scrub. 5 km from Castellina in Chianti (food shops, tennis), 15 km from Poggibonsi (all kinds of shops), 20 km from Siena and San Gimignano, 50 km from Florence. The house is characterized by a garden and outdoor areas equipped with portable barbecue, equipped loggia and closed "L" shaped swimming pool measuring 12 x 8 m.
