It is located on the hills of Camaiore just 15 minutes from the beaches of Forte dei Marmi, your stay will be characterised by elegance, relaxation and authenticity of the territory.

The space
The Villa features high-quality finishes and antique furniture, giving a romantic and noble atmosphere.
On the first floor you will find a large living room with fireplace and sofas, a spacious dining room with fireplace, a TV lounge and a reading corner, a fully equipped kitchen and a pantry with dishwasher.
On the ground floor and second floor the sleeping area develops, with 10 independent bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms. Each bedroom features high-quality finishes, independent air conditioning and heating, TV, and Wi-Fi connection.
Outside, a large courtyard surrounds the house, with garden and gazebo, an infinity pool with breathtaking views of the Apuan Alps, an equipped external kitchen area with wood-fired oven and barbecue grill under a Pompeian structure equipped with tables and chairs. The outdoor areas are fully lit, to enjoy magical summer evenings!
A small gym with equipment and a Ping Pong table is available for the more sporty!
The Villa also offers an underground covered car park with direct access inside, up to 6 parking spaces. A room used as a laundry room with washing machine at your complete disposal.
