On the Via Francigena, a village where time seems to have stopped, an estate to relax in the midst of nature, where wine, extra virgin olive oil, and organic honey are produced. The traditions of a family for a true Tuscan experience, a unique setting for special occasions.

Villa now offers a total of 13 bedrooms, accommodating up to 25 guests:

7 Double Bedrooms – including 2 Master Suites

5 Twin Bedrooms – most of which can be converted into doubles

1 Single Room – featuring a French bed

This new configuration allows for greater flexibility in hosting families, groups, and events.

The villa has two entrances. The main entrance leads to the living room with a television and the library of the house, which provides access to the main lounges, the billiard room, and the dining hall located on the ground floor. A double bedroom with a private bathroom is also found on this level. The side entrance—opposite the main entrance—leads to the kitchen, pantry, another dining area, the service bathroom, a double bedroom, and the laundry room, as well as a single bedroom with adjoining service accommodations. On the upper floor, there is a magnificent living room with a bathroom, offering a stunning view of the Tuscan countryside.
THE LIVING ROOMS
The red of the roof contrasts with the blue of the sky, filling the colors of Villa Piaggia’s lounges with tradition and relaxation. Large spaces invite conversation, reading, and entertainment.
THE HUNTING LOUNGE
Separate yet connected areas are able to accommodate all guests for a convivial moment but can also be divided to create privacy and allow separate activities.
THE DINING ROOM
To experience the traditions of Tuscan cuisine.
The dining room, with its large table and large windows, is ideal for formal dinners and casual dining, or for buffet-style meals and easy lunches. Dishes are carefully plated in the Tuscan style, using fresh and seasonal ingredients.
THE KITCHEN AND PANTRY
From the kitchen to the table for a full immersion in real Tuscany.
Dishes go from the pantry to the table, passing through the skilled hands of the chef. A selection of dishes made with seasonal products and the deepest Tuscan culinary traditions. For a meal to be enjoyed around a round Tuscan table.
THE BILLIARD ROOM AND TV ROOM
Relax and entertainment at any time of the day.
At Villa, time is well-paced, and every moment is meant to be part of a day of vacation. After a walk outdoors or a dip in the pool, you can enjoy a moment of reading in the library, a game of billiards, or a movie at home with the family.
All the rooms and bathrooms have a magnificent view of the garden and the surrounding countryside.

A large staircase made of pietra serena stone leads to the first floor, where eight of Villa’s rooms are located. All the bedrooms offer a stunning garden view and are accessed via a long corridor which, on the left, leads to the master bedroom with a large king-size canopy bed. This room features a living area with a terrace overlooking the garden and a spacious and elegant travertine bathroom. On the same side, there are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, one of which has two single beds with a marble bathroom, and the only single room, styled in an imperial fashion, with a French bed and a magnificent, spacious bathroom with a large shower. On the right side of the corridor, there are two beautiful suites, each with two beds and large en-suite bathrooms, one of which includes a bathtub. Finally, the grandparents’ room features a large canopy bed and a breathtaking view of the Tuscan countryside. In the left wing of the Villa, we find two more bedrooms, both equipped with air conditioning. The nanny’s room, with a private bathroom, is located on the ground floor near the kitchen, while on the first floor, there is the last of the suites, featuring a canopy bed and a magnificent bathroom decorated with mosaic and fine local marble.

Daily cleaning of the bedrooms excluded Sunday
Linen and towels and towels for the pool. Linen of the bedroom is changed every saturday and wendsday. Extra change is on request and it is an extra cost.

Wine testing and tour of Fattoria Dianella close to villa.

Extra cost:
Electricity consumption exceeded 450 Kw. is charged 0.90 euro per kw
extra bed: 150 euro per week
Baby cot: 100 euro per week
First Shopping: Euro 40 for service, in addition to the shopping cost.
Gas consuptions is charged 6,5 per unit.
House keeper extra hours are charged 20 euro per hour.
