Villa Nerano is a luxury 14-person villa situated on a gentle slope where you can admire a unique panoramic view of the Sorrento Coast.
Fitted with all modern comforts, tastefully decorated, and finished using top quality materials, this villa has plenty of space both inside and out. It’s perfect for both relaxing and enjoying company. There are stylish and comfortable private spaces, as well as extensive functional communal areas, providing everything any guest might need.
The Villa is located in Nerano, on the Amalfi Coast side of the Sorrento
Peninsula. It’s a truly magical place, the stuff of dreams, made up of panoramic routes, green rocky cliffs overlooking the sea, hills covered in lemon trees and typical Mediterranean foliage.
The gorgeous plateau on which Villa Nerano sits looks down on the Tyrrhenian Sea and the coastline which, on this stretch, is Nerano offers a breath-taking panoramic view.
Villa Nerano is a dreamy location, elegant and modern at the same time.
Carefully and tastefully decorated, every thought has gone towards creating a functional luxurious space without being excessive. The trimmings and tricks the architects have used provide guests with an unforgettable stay from every aspect: from the comfortable privacy of the bedrooms, each with their private bathroom, to the bright and welcoming communal areas, and finally to the comfortable open areas where you can admire the natural panorama of the Sorrento Peninsula.
The elegant and bright colours which dominate the closed areas, white and blue, marry perfectly with the colours of the natural landscape like the blue of the sea and sky and the rocky green colour, typical of this stretch of the Italian coast.
Staying at Villa Nerano you can almost breathe the harmony between the
spectacular landscape (which can be seen from every corner of the villa), and the simple yet luxurious, modern, refined architecture.
Every part of the property, including the open areas like the swimming pool, solarium, veranda with barbecue area, and garden, is covered by Wi-Fi. Then, the Bose stereo system provides the perfect sound solution in the communal areas of the villa, whether you just want some gentle background music or something more lively.
In addition to the pool on the terrace, guests will also find a laundry area, a lift, a further bathroom, a jacuzzi, and two Teuco hydromassage baths.
The outdoor spaces are as functional as they are stylish. The large swimming pool includes a solarium area, completely furnished with sun chairs, loungers, and outdoor shower. There is also a tended garden with trees, flowers, and typical plants of the region, a welcoming and relaxing covered veranda with barbecue area, a wonderful terrace with two ancient olive trees, and two parking spaces.
The Living Area at Villa Nerano consists of three large sections, structurally and conceptually divided by a peninsula bar in the centre. It’s the perfect place for lunch, dinner, and after-dinner socialising.
The first section of this open space is furnished with a long rectangular table. At one end of this area is a kitchen, fitted with
the best appliances, which is visible from the lounge without being indiscreet.
At the other end is the second part of the living area, a comfortable lounge giving out onto the terrace, furnished with
designer armchairs and a round table, a flat-screen TV and a white Yamaha piano.
The third section is along the long wooden table and is divided from the living room by the peninsula bar. This is the true
living room, containing three comfortable sofas on the three sides of the space, with access to the bar.
Villa Nerano has seven private bathrooms, one for each bedroom. Each bathroom is stylishly furnished but always mindful
of the space being comfortable and functional.
In addition to these seven bathrooms, there are also two toilets.
To further refine Villa Nerano, there is an open-air Jacuzzi and two Teuco hydromassage baths.
With seven bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, king-size double bed, satellite TV, mini-fridge, and safe, the night area
of Villa has it all and is incredibly comfortable.
Each room is furnished with style, elegance and attention to detail.
The covered veranda is designed to entertain. This is obvious thanks to the large masonry barbecue and lovely glass and
iron table. Here you will be able to have dine alfresco . Finally, let is not forget to mention the wood-fired oven for preparing some delicious pizza!
The pool area is incredible. Not only can you enjoy a comfortable swim in this modern oval pool, but you will also be able to take advantage of the spacious terrace-solarium furnished with sun chairs, sun loungers, and an outdoor shower. The oval shaped pool measures 5 x 8 m and is available from April until the end of October.
Finally, the property offers two spacious parking spaces. There is a flight of 7 small steps to get to the villa from the parking area.

Distances: The next sand beach is at just 300 meters from the villa.

Check In: from 16:00 to 20:00 - For arrivals after 20:00 there will be an extra charge of 60,00 euro to be paid on arrival; for arrivals after 24:00 the charge will be 80,00 euro. Check Out: Before 10:00

Children under 18 years do not pay.
