The Villa is surrounded by a large garden with barbecue area and is equipped with a private seasonal outdoor swimming pool (12 x 6 mt, 1.40 mt deep) with umbrellas and sunbeds.. Parking is adjacent to the structure.
In recent years, with the intention of eco-friendly innovation, the villa has been equipped with heating with an ecological pellet boiler and an air conditioning system. Free Wi-Fi Internet connection is also available.
The Villa is part of the Sant’Andrea agricultural company that extends over 600 hectares in the Chianti Classico area and has as its center the ancient village of Fabbrica, where the Villa, the Church of Sant’Andrea and the wine aging cellars are also located. Around the village, the slopes with the best exposures have been designated as vineyards, which are located approximately 250 m above sea level and occupy approximately 50 hectares of surface area. The company’s agricultural activity also takes place on the hills on which olive groves stand,
while the valleys and flat stretches are cultivated with arable land, part of which is irrigated thanks to the water coming from the company’s two large lakes. The Villa Santa agricultural company is part of the “Fabbrica – Santa Cristina” wildlife-hunting company; for those who love walking and cycling, the surrounding area, covered by forests of oaks, holm oaks, acacias, cypresses and pastures, where the typical wild animals of our area are present, offers numerous itineraries in a splendid and uncontaminated landscape.
Furnished with exposed oak beams, terracotta floors and Tuscan rustic furniture, the result of a careful renovation which has preserved the materials and ancient structures unchanged, such as the stable on the ground floor with the manger which now houses a large hall suitable for meetings and receptions, up to 50 people and the characteristic still working fireplace, at the entrance, overlooking the lawn.
In front of the main entrance of the villa there is a large outdoor area with pergola and loggia; Covered dining area and BBQ
area available.
