The newly-built residence is located in the locality of Sampieri near the Fornace Penna and recalls the traditional rural residences of the location, made in typical white Ragusa stone that coats the exterior and some interior walls of the house. Tastefully furnished and equipped with the best comforts, the interiors are characterised by attention to detail and a particular focus on the materials and finishes.
